    Not what I expected

    The first video was longer than necessary. One of the main messages being sent was credibility and teaching the ability to speak in front of others. The man in the first video seemed to speak off the top of his head and ramble at times. His statements did not seem well thought out. He said things like "telling your whole report" or "re-clarifying". You don't re-clarify, the word clarify itself means to make something more clear or resolve confusion. I am a teacher (Forensic Science teacher) so perhaps this just stood out to me since this is what I do all day, speak in front of a group. I did appreciate the course and I did learn from it. I particularly enjoyed the video with the attorneys. I was hoping to gain more specific knowledge about what you can/cannot do on the stand not just guidance on how to give credible testimony. Still a good course, thank you for offering it online.

    I really enjoyed the lessons, my only complaint is that in the videos it is stated that we should look at the attorney when he is asking a question, and to answer we should look at the judge or jury. The quiz only accepted jury as a correct answer. Otherwise a good series of information.

    Most parts were excellent. The last few minutes of the video presented by the prosecutor were not as clear and understandable to me as the first 2/3 of his video.
