Typo on test. Stab wound injury is when depth is greater than the....supposed to be length but length wasn't an answer choice. It counted width as the correct answer.

    Not bad.

Asking the question about which animal was on the screen and causing a user to fail the test because of it is stupid. It should be evident that a user was paying attention by comparing the pre-test to post-test scores.

Fundamentals of Injury Patterns- Bring your Physics/Biomedical Engineering Degree

Great review of injury patterns for blunt and sharp force injury and gunshot wounds, including shotguns. The 52 page article at the end "Characterization of Weapons Used in Stab/Slash Attacks" - Wayne State University was amazing. If one of the authors made a 10-15 minute power point presentation/YouTube video, that would be a great thing to show.

    Great Foundational Review

This course was a great refresher for seasoned investigators and hit on the most common types of injuries and how they are inflicted. For beginning investigators, this course would also be a great foundation to build knowledge on as it provides important details about the types of trauma they will come across the most often on scenes.
