The discussion was very easy to understand and had great tips - especially for those of us that have a hard time in social situations. The only suggestion I have would be to leave the word or whatever it is you are displaying on screen up until you are ready to move to the next slide.

Excellent course which covered the difficult subject of conflict. For myself, I am more of a visual learner, so being able to see the main points on a written slide would have helped me to grasp and retain the information better (I use the pause button to read and absorb the written points as necessary).
