Great presentation

Have high respect for law enforcement, but some police officers suffer from “small man syndrome” and use their badge and position to “prove themselves”. This type of presentation needs to be included in EVERY police training academy and emphasized. It also needs to be monitored and dealt with after the officer is on the job.

This class was more centered on law enforcement and not death investigation. It would have been more useful to have sections that pertain directly to death investigation as opposed to interviewing suspects, etc.

This applies to all of the classes I've taken...

I understand not being able to fast-forward through a section, but a back button would be incredibly helpful. To back up by 15 or 30 seconds would save my bacon frequently. I'd love to be able to back up a little to make sure I caught the information or to clarify something without having to go back and watch the full 20 minutes. Other than that, I have greatly enjoyed the courses I've taken so far.

Overall, the course was a good overview. There were some sections in which I found the investigator being a little harsh about the "younger generation" which I know is a stereotype that is perpetuated. Overall, good reminder! I would have enjoyed learning more about how to ensure your biases don't affect those around you and the psychology and sociology behind implicit biases.
